Alchemy Pop is a small, handmade business and as such, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please do not hesitate to reach out of alchemypopart@gmail.com with your order number, description of issue and photo proof and we will make it right as soon as possible.

Us domestic shipping flat rate: $6

Orders ship USPS and will include a tracking number as well as parcel insurance (for orders up to $100).

Once your order has been shipped, it’s out of our hands and it is recommended to contact USPS directly with any issues. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please make sure your mailing address is up to date when ordering. Notify us immediately if your mailing address changes while waiting for a pre-order to be completed.

In order to help navigate complicated shipping requirements, international orders are made via Etsy. Please reach out alchemypopart@gmail.com with the decription/photos of items you wish to order and a custom Etsy listing will be made.
